“Review of the solar project by Deputy Chief Minister Shri Singhdeo

Bhubaneswar:31/1/25:Today, the Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Farmer Empowerment and Energy Shri Kanak Vardhan Singhdeo, reviewed the projects being operated by Waaree Energies Limited in Dhenkanal district. On this occasion, the Minister of Food Supply and Consumer Welfare, Shri Krushna Chandra Patra, was also present.

The review involved various solar projects being implemented by Waaree Energies Limited in the Dhenkanal district. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Singhdeo discussed in detail with officials the issues related to power availability for construction & operational requirements, surface water supply, pipeline connections, land acquisition, and other issues related to the progress of these projects. Furthermore, he directed the officials to coordinate among various departments to expedite the work.

Present at the meeting were the Energy Department Principal Secretary Shri Vishal Dev, OPTCL CMD Shri Bhaskar Jyoti Sharma, MD IDCO Shri Bhupendra Singh Poonia, EIC Water Resources Department Shri Chandrasekhar Padhi, who provided updates on the actual progress of the projects.  Other participating members in the meeting were Waaree Energies Limited’s President Shri Jayaram Mishra, CPO Shri Kirti Kumar Shah, AGM Shri Prakash Mohanty, and Senior Manager Shri Parameshwar Panda.
