PIB Launches a Media Facilitation Portal for Information on General Election 2024

Newdelhi:27/3/24:Press Information Bureau has started a microsite https://pib.gov.in/elect2024/index.aspx  having several features as one one-stop facilitation portal for media persons reporting for General Election 2024. The portal has the following characteristics.

  1. A Digital Flip Book: This encompasses various interesting analytics and data-rich features. The media persons can utilize this information for writing their articles.

  1. Useful links are provided through which the journalists can navigate to relevant parts of ECI website.

  1. Various infographics are provided as a reference and easy to grasp data.

  1. Schedules for different phases of GE 2024 are provided as ready reckoner.

  1. Update about ECI notifications are uploaded on real time basis.

  1. Information about the national and State level ECI officers including is given for easy approach.

  1. An ECI compendium of instructions including media guide is made readily available.

  1. The media persons will be kept apprised of latest happenings.
