Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has inaugurated ‘National Employment Fair’ at Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar:28/10/23:Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has inaugurated ‘National Employment Fair’ at Bhubaneswar and distributed appointment letters to 176 people. Due to the special policies and effective measures of Prime Minister @narendramodi, unemployment has decreased to 3.2% in 2022-23 compared to 6% in 2017-18. In 2017-18, the participation of women in the workplace was 23% and in the year 2022-23 increased to 37%. It is a matter of happiness to see the increase in participation of women in government jobs and social life

Scientifically women are more hardworking and sensitive. This is why Modi government is making innovative efforts to include women in the workplace, policy-making, leadership, education, and skilling ecosystem. The time limit for maternity leave has been extended. Women are being empowered and self-reliant by schemes like Ujjwala Yojana, Awas Yojana, Construction of Toilet, Public Dhan, Mudra, Stand-up.

In a state like Odisha, not only to give employment but also to create employers. To increase the participation of women and rural areas in education, skills, workplace. At the bottom of the pyramid as well as the poor, deprived, SC, ST, OBC, and minority communities must be emphasized. Society will develop only if we join them in mainstream by holding their hands.
