Information & Public relation Minister Mr. Pradeep Kumar Amat has grace the occasion  as the chief guest in the program, Utkal Prasanga  editor Mrs. Kasturi Mohapatra as the guest of honor and Dr. Retired Professor of Berhampur University Ramachandra Mishra as the chief speaker attended. Director Mr. Saroj Samal delivered the welcome speech.

He had made solid contribution on cinema in many odia Dailies and weekly such as Samaj, Prajatantra, Dharatri, Samaya, Satabadi, and weekly Samaya.
