Realtor Association of Odisha held a second edition panel discussion to Promote Realtor-Builder Relationship

Bhubaneswar:25/4/23: In a bid to empower and engage at least 100 Realtors of Bhubaneswar, Realtor Association of Odisha (ORA) held a second edition panel discussion recently in the State Capital. The event, which was organised at Padmaja Premium in Chandrashekharpur on April 20, aimed at a discussion between developers and realtors to elevate builder-realtors relationship which ultimately benefits buyers.

Organised by ORA, the event had keynote panelists including President of NAR India C R Shivkumar, Ex Vice President of NAR India Anup Dalmia, Vice President of NAR India  Darshan Chawla, President of AFORD Nishith Ranjan Nanda, Founder and MD, Samasti Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd Nikhil Bajpai, VP-Business Development of DN Homes Pvt. Ltd Santosh Senapati.

The event was hosted by Jitu Mohapatra, founder member, ORA and CEO Orimark. Theguests and audience were welcomed by President of ORA Sheikh Mairajul Haque along with Vice President of ORA Ramachandra Sahu.

While Shivkumar shared his vision and mission to create a highly proactive sales force by December 2023, Chawla placed NAR India action plan on how to promote Builder-Realtor Relationship, benefits of partnership between builder and real estate agent

The Developers of AFORD (Association for Odisha Real-estate Developers) were recognized followed by the new members of ORA and a bilateral agreement signed by presidents of both the associations.

The event concluded with Secretary ORA Soubhagya Nayak and Treasurer ORA Chandrasekhar Mishra thanking the audience for their presence and participation.
