Bhubaneswar:7/4/23:Odia filmDelivery Boy   released  on 7th ,april,2023 across the state,The film story revolves  around a delivery Boy struggle for existence.Partha (Sailendra Samantray) and his friends work as delivery boys for a food delivery company. Isha (Priyambada) is a love interest of Partha and a customer. One day Partha’s friend faces a road accident while in rush to deliver the parcel on time and Partha faces some difficulties with his personal problems. Then the Bachhan Bhai (Buddhaditya) for the delivery boys and Pragyan (Suryamayee) for the opposition fights the case in court.

The story was written by the producer Jyoti Ranjan Mohanty, himself. The dialogue was written by Deepak Jena. The screenplay and directed by Ashwin Tripathi. Actor Sailendra Samantaray, Buddhaditya Mohanty, Suryamayee, Priyambada Swain, Choudhury Bikash Dash, Santu Nijee, Jiban Panda, Shakti Baral, Sushant Dash Mohapatra, Pupul Bhuyan, Armaan Mohanty, Gudu, Illu Banerjee,Priyambda  Ray, Saroj Das, and Binayak Mishra have played prominent roles in the film. Da, Nirmal Nayak composed the lyrics while Baidyanath Das composed the music for the Delivery Boy movie.Bollywood singers Udit Narayan, Human Sagar, Aseema Panda, and Rituraj Mohanty have sung the significant songs of the Odia movie Delivey Boy.

In urban areas, the role of a Delivery Boy has become indispensable in our lives.Generally, coming from impoverished families, the work of Delivery Boys is very challenging and their lives are filled with struggle. The movie is based on the lives of Delivery Boys.The movie shows the fight of the protagonist, a delivery boy, for justice with the support of his colleagues after he meets with a road accident. The Odia film also attempts to promote road safety awareness among the audience.Worth mentioning, recently the State government had also announced a waiver of entertainment tax on ‘Zwigato’.The State government has been encouraging the film industry and also implemented a favorable policy so that more and more commercial films are shot in Odisha.
