BHUBANESWAR TO HOST 18TH HOME & DÉCOR EXHIBITION ANDINDIA INTERNATIONAL MEGA TRADE FAIR 2023

Bhubaneswar, 21st February 2023:CREDAI Bhubaneswar Foundation, in association with G.S. Marketing  Associates is organizing its real-estate exhibition “HOME & DECOR” 2023 and IIMT 2023 (India International Mega Trade Fair) organised by Bengal Chamber of Commerce with G.S. Marketing during 25th February to 6th March 2023 at Janta Maidan, Bhubaneswar.

The Exhibition shall be inaugurated by the Hon’ble Minister, Housing & Urban Development, Smt. Usha Devi on 25th February at 5:00pm in the august presence of the “Guest of Honour”:

  1. Shree Ananta Narayan Jena, MLA (Central), Bhubaneswar.
  2. Shree Sushanta Kumar Rout, MLA (North), Bhubaneswar.
  3. Sulochana Dash, Mayor, BMC, Bhubaneswar.
  4. Shree Chandrasekhar Sharma, CGM, SBI, Bhubaneswar Circle.

The valedictory function shall be held on 6th of March 2023 to be closed by the “Chief Guest” of the day the Hon’ble Minister, Department of Industries, Govt. of Odisha, Shree Pratap Kesari Deo, in the august presence of the Principle Secretary, Department of Industries, Shree Hemanta Kumar Sharma, IAS.

The Association CREDAI Bhubaneswar has also arranged to felicitate four B.Tech topper in Civil Engineering & Architecture of 2022 from IIT-Bhubaneswar, NIT- Rourekela, CET-Bhubaneswar, and AjayaBinay Institute of Technology, Cuttack.

Additionally, a life time achievers award shall be accorded to a prominent Structural Engineer of the State, Odisha, who is nationally & internationally recognised in various forums. The exhibition has 10 number of air-conditioned hangers to accommodate all the participants to display their product along with one cafeteria to refresh the visitors.

The biggest hanger is dedicated for the real-estate operators (builders) to display their products located in various parts of Bhubaneswar, Puri and Cuttack, which comprises the completed housing -projects, ongoing projects as well as forthcoming projects. In principle all the displayed projects are ORERA registered to will the confidence of the buyers.

A good number of about 72 (seventy two) builders have participated displaying their homes/ apartments. Next to them the Home Financers like SBI, ICICI and such other are also making themselves present in this same hanger to explain about easy home loan procedure and loan amount etc. In addition to this allied products on real-estate, home appliances, life style items, interior decoration items and modern furniture etc. are also well displayed in all neighbouring hangers.

Exhibitors from other countries like Afganisthan, Bangladesh, Dubai, Iran, Malayasia, Thailand and Egypt are the partners to the International Mega Trade Fair. Indian State Partners are from Punjab, Delhi, Rajasthan and Jharkhand with Odisha as the host Partner.
