Bhubaneswar:4/1/23: Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik officially inaugurated the 24th Foundation Day ceremony of Utkal University of Culture today and inaugurated 3 new academic blocks of the University. On this occasion, the Chief Minister inaugurated the new sculpture garden constructed in the university premises and praised the work of the sculptors.

He launched two timeless books Illustrated Palmleaf Manuscript and Timeless Tales published by the State Museum. Along with this, he visited the art exhibition organized by the students of the department of visual arts of the university
