Adani DAV Public School Observes 14th Foundation Day

Dhamra, 07/04/2025: The 14th Foundation Day was observed with great joy and enthusiasm in Adani DAV Public School. Pandit Birendra Kumar Panda, Professor of Sanskrit Department, at Ravenshaw University, was the Chief Guest as well as the Chief Speaker of the day. Mr Shiba Charan Khamurai, Principal, Boula College, Keonjhar was the Guest of Honour. The Welcome Song was recited in chorus under the beautiful guidance of Ms Saswati Samanta. Mr Sanuja Kumar Jena, a founder member of the teacher faculties shared his wonderful experience regarding the inception of the school. Different competitions were held on the eve of School Foundation Day. Students of adjoining schools took part in it. Prizes and certificates were distributed by the Honorable Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour to the winners of different competitions like Solo Song, Painting, Craft Making, Debate, and Essay Writing.

The Chief Guest, Mr Birendra Kumar Panda explained the benefits of a humble life and its application in students’ lives. Mr Shiba Charan Khamurai praised the efforts of the Principal and motivated students to give up self-interest for serving the country. Mrs. Krishnapriya Sarangi, Principal of Adani DAV Public School gave a clarion call and motivated all students to pass the legacy of esteemed founders of the school from generation to generation and serve people all around. A cultural programme was done by the students on the theme of showing devotion and loyalty towards the school. The Programme was coordinated by Mr. Akashdip Banerjee and Ms. Utkalika Priyadarshani. Ms. Batya Bijayani offered the vote of thanks. Ms. Munmun Rani Deep delivered the welcome address.
