Major bureaucratic reshuffle in Odisha Administration Service

Bhubaneswar:1/3/25: Odisha Government has transferred several OAS officers in a major bureaucratic reshuffle on Friday.

As per a notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance (GA&PG) Department, Jyotirmayee Pradhan, Secretary, Cuttack Development Authority (CDA), Cuttack is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department.

Prabeer Kumar Nayak, CDO-cum-EO, Zilla Parishad, Jharsuguda is transferred and posted as Additional District Magistrate, Gajapati.

Saroj Kumar Sahoo, Additional Secretary, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack is transferred and posted as Additional SRC, O/o the SRC, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

Sucharu Kumar Bal, Ex-Additional District Magistrate, Sambalpur UoT as M.D., Odisha State Seeds Corporation Ltd., Bhubaneswar, now joined in GA & PG Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, PR & DW Department.

Biswaranjan Nayak, CDO-cum-EO, Zilla Parishad, Balasore is transferred and posted as CDO-cum-EO, Zilla Parishad, Jharsuguda.

Nilu Mohapatra, Additional District Magistrate, Kendrapara is transferred and posted as Additional District Magistrate (Protocol), Puri.

Atasi Das, OAS (SAG), Additional SRC, O/o the SRC, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack.

Dr Sweta Kumar Dash, Ex-Joint Secretary, State Election Commission (SEC), Odisha, Bhubaneswar is posted as Secretary, Cuttack Development Authority (CDA), Cuttack on foreign service terms & conditions.

Nilamadhab Bhoi, Additional District Magistrate (Protocol), Puri is transferred and posted as Additional District Magistrate, Kendrapara.

Prafulla Kujur, PD, DUDA, Bolangir is transferred and posted as Joint SRC, O/o the SRC, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

Susanta Kumar Pati, Ex- Sub Collector, Pallahada UoT as Additional District Magistrate, Gajapati is now posted as Joint Director, Minor Minerals, Directorate of Minor Minerals, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

Chittaranian Mohanta, Sub Collector, Kandhamal is transferred and posted as PA, ITDA, Karanjia, Mayurbhanj.

Bikrani Kispatta, OAS Gr.A (SB), BDO, Banspal is transferred and posted as PA, ITDA, Panposh, Sundargarh.

Gadadhar Patra, PA, ITDA, Baliguda, Kandhamal is transferred and posted as PA, ITDA, Phulbani, Kandhamal.
