National Seminar on “Advancements in Materials Chemistry” was successfully concluded

Bhunaneswar-30.12.2024-The Annual Conference of the OCS and National Seminar on “Advancements in Materials Chemistry” (AMC 2024) was successfully concluded at the Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR) here Monday. The three-day event was a significant academic milestone, featuring a series of technical sessions and keynote addresses delivered by distinguished delegates from prestigious institutions such as IITs, NITs, IISER, and BARC, among others.

The programme culminated in a valedictory ceremony, which also marked the establishment of the “Institute of Chemistry” in Bhubaneswar, aimed at advancing the field and supporting the development of students, practitioners, researchers, and scholars in chemistry.

This event also highlighted the innovative contributions of emerging researchers but also reinforced Bhubaneswar’s growing reputation as a hub for academic excellence. Furthermore, it underscored the commitment of OUTR to foster a culture of research and development in chemistry, while inspiring and encouraging the next generation of scholars.
