Odisha Chief Minister paid floral tribute to former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh

Bhubaneswar: 27/12/24: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi paid floral tribute to former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh at Lok Seva Bhavan.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister expressed his condolences, stating that the passing of Dr. Singh is deeply saddening. Dr. Singh earned international acclaim for his expertise in economics, and his liberal economic policies propelled India to a prominent position in the global economy. As Prime Minister, Dr. Singh accelerated India’s development, leveraging his wisdom, politeness, honesty, and humility to establish a unique identity in the realm of politics, Majhi added.

Minister of State Ganesh Ram Singh Khuntia, former MLA Nauri Naik, Additional Chief Secretary Nikunj Bihari Dhal, and other senior officials also paid their respects to the late Dr. Singh.
