Kendriya Vidyalaya IIT Bhubaneswar celebrated it’s Annual Day

Bhubaneswar:20/12/24:Kendriya Vidyalaya IIT Bhubaneswar celebrated its annual function on December 19, 2024, at the IIT Bhubaneswar campus, showcasing academic excellence, artistic talent, and school spirit. The function showcased an impressive array of performances of song and dance, skits, and recitations by students of all classes starting from Balvatika to Class 10. The students demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication, captivating the audience with their impressive skills.

The function commenced with the lighting of the lamp by esteemed guests: Prof. Rajesh Roshan Dash, Dean of Student Affairs, IIT Bhubaneswar; Prof. V. Pandu Ranga, Dean of Continuing Education, IIT Bhubaneswar; Shri ChakradharPrushty, Principal of the school; and Dr.ManaswiniBehera, Member of the School Management Committee. Parents, teachers, staff, and students witnessed the event with great enthusiasm.

Principal Shri Prushty presented the annual report, highlighting the school’s numerous achievements and success stories. In his address, Chief Guest Prof. Dash emphasized the importance of hard work, determination, critical thinking, and ethical values, particularly emphasizing respect for parents and teachers. He encouraged students to embrace challenges, pursue their passions, and strive for excellence in all their endeavors.

The event culminated with the felicitation of students for their outstanding academic and extracurricular achievements with prizes. Sri ManasGhdai, a Senior Teacher of the school, proposed the vote of thanks.
