Odisha Chief Minister has participated in the e-rickshaw distribution programme

Sambalpur: 15/12/24:Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Sunday participated in the e-rickshaw distribution programme for the empowerment of the specially-abled in Sambalpur and distributed e-rickshaws.Speaking on the occasion, Majhi said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi respects the Divyang and gives importance to their all-round development. The government also ensures the social security of the Divyang of the country and gives importance to their economic prosperity.

The state government is also continuously working to ensure that they are an integral part of the society.“With the support, encouragement, and opportunities of the government, they can prove themselves to be capable, this power is with them. Today, starting from government jobs, they are showcasing their talent in the fields of sports, art, trade, business, etc. Many disabled people in our country have earned world fame with their skills in the Paris Olympics,” the Chief Minister said.
