PRESIDENT OF INDIA TO VISIT ODISHA FROM DECEMBER 3 TO 7

Newdelhi:2/12/24:The President of India, Smt Droupadi Murmu will visit Odisha from December 3 to 7, 2024. On December 3, the President will unveil the new statue of Pandit Raghunath Murmu and visit Adim Owar Jarpa Jaher in Bhubaneswar.

On December 4, the President will make darshan and pooja at Shri Jagannath Temple in Puri. She will also grace the 75th anniversary celebration of Gopabandhu Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Puri.  On the same day, she will attend the Navy Day celebration and operational demonstration at the Blue Flag Beach, Puri.

On December 5, the President will grace the 40th convocation of the Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar. On the same day, she will also inaugurate the new Judicial Court Complex at Bhubaneswar.

On December 6, at Uparbeda, the President will interact with students and villagers. On the same day, at Rairangpur, she will also interact with students and teachers of Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Rairangpur.

On December 7, the President will lay foundation stones/inaugurate various projects including Bangiriposi-Gorumahisani; Buramara-Chakulia; and Badampahar-Kendujhargarh Rail Lines; Tribal Research and Development Centre, Rairangpur; Dandbose Airport, Rairangpur and Sub-Divisional Hospital, Rairangpur.
