Angul:26/8/24:On Monday, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan discussed the progress of National Highway-55 in Boinda and Nakachi sections with officials of the National Highway Authority of India.

“The over-bridge work is going on in the Boinda section. People want a two-span underpass under the over-bridge. A two-span underpass will meet the traffic requirement in the future as Athamallick is gradually becoming a city,” said Pradhan.

The Union Minister said the NH work is underway at Nakachi.

He asked the NHAI authorities to expedite the two project works as they, on their completion, would make traffic easy for common people.

Pradhan said the Union Government led by Narendra Modi is committed to strengthening the roadways in Odisha.
The Union Minister oversaw and discussed the projects with NHAI officials on his way to Anugl today. He is currently on a three-day Odisha visit.
