Bhubaneswar:20/6/24: Principal Secretary Sanjay Kumar Singh, Director Saroj Kumar Samal and other senior officials of the Department of Information and Public Relations met Chief Minister Sri Mohan Charan Majhi at State Guest House today and briefed him about the departmental procedures.

In the meeting, measures to be taken for the welfare of journalists including filling up various vacant posts in the department, budgetary arrangements, further strengthening of district-level offices, social media, and other important issues were discussed.

Represented the people’s government and the people’s Chief Minister, Sri Majhi gave importance to conveying the various development programs and welfare schemes of the government to the people and advised the departmental officials to increase their professional skills.

The Chief Minister emphasized filling up the vacant posts at the earliest.

Director (Commercial) Surendra Nath Parida, Additional Director Santosh Kumar Das, Joint Director Gurbir Singh, Financial Advisor, and other senior officers were present in the meeting.
