BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik continued marathon campaigns in Western Odisha

Bhubaneswar: 15/5/24:Odisha Chief Minister Odisha and Biju Janata Dal supremo Naveen Patnaik continued marathon campaigns in Western Odisha On Wednesday to bolster the party’s prospects in the upcoming elections.

According to sources, the ruling party chief proceeded for Rourkela where he addressed a huge gathering. He will then leave for the Deogarh Assembly constituency where he is scheduled to address a huge gathering.

Besides, the Chief Minister has election campaigning programmes at Chhendipada and Athamallick. Apart from the candidates contesting in the ensuing elections, senior BJD leader VK Pandian will remain present with Odisha Chief Minister during campaigning.

As many as 12 platoons of police have been deployed in Sindhekela, while 11 platoons have been deployed in Ganrei.

Earlier, the CM had held a marathon campaign at Koraput, Nabarangpur, Rayagada and Paralakhemundi. VK Pandian, another star campaigner of the ruling BJD, had accompanied Naveen during the rallies.
