Bhubaneswar has broken its record of lowest day maximum temperature

Bhubaneswar:20/3/24: Odisha’s capital city Bhubaneswar has broken its record of lowest day maximum temperature in March since 1952.

As per the Metrological Centre Bhubaneswar, the capital city recorded a maximum day temperature of 19.2 degrees Celsius on March 20, 2024, which is the lowest maximum day temperature in March since 1252.

The previous lowest of 24.3 degrees Celsius was recorded on March 6, 1970.

Meanwhile, the IMD has predicted that maximum day temperature will rise by 8 to 10 degrees Celsius at most places over the district of the State after remaining unchanged for the next 24 hours.
