Odisha Government announced 15 Days Casual Leave For Employees of Aided Educational Institutions

Bhubaneswar:10/3/24: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today announced to provision of 15 days casual leave per annum to the employees of all new grants in aided educational institutions in the state and full maternity leave to women employees.

During the visit of 5T and Nabin Odisha Chairman Karthik Pandian to various districts, proposals were received from the employees of aided educational institutions and their unions regarding leaves. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, after getting information about this and discussions, has approved the proposals. This will benefit about 33,420 employees, both teaching and non-teaching, working in 2560 High Schools, 940 Upper Primary Schools, 39 Sanskrit Colleges and 138 Madrasas of the state.
