Bhubaneswar: 5/3/2 4:Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has offered floral tributes to former Chief Minister and his father Biju Patnaik on his birth anniversary. The Chief Minister garlanded the statue of Biju Babu in Forest Park, Bhubaneswar. The 108th Birthday of legendary Biju Babu is being celebrated with much fanfare across the state. Various programs have been organized across the state today by the ruling Biju Janata Dal. In Cuttack, the birthplace of Biju Babu, a cycle rally was organized by the Biju Janata Dal in which hundreds of people participated
