Chairman 5T, and NabinOdisha visited Khordha & Nayagarh to review progress of various developmental projects

Kkordha/Nayagarh:10/1/24:As per the direction of CM Shri Naveen Patnaik, Chairman 5T, and NabinOdisha, Shri Kartik Pandian visited Khordha & Nayagarh to review progress of various developmental projects in the districts. Shri Pandian interacted with the public at Paltan Padia, Banapur in Khordha, and Jail Chowk Ground, Ranpur in Nayagarh where he received grievances on various issues and assured early resolution.

In Khordha, Shri Pandian participated in the NuaO Programme organised at Haveli Padia and interacted with students from all district colleges. He discussed with the students how Nua-O provides a platform for youngsters to showcase their talent and helps achieve overall personality development in addition to their academic achievements. He asked the students to work hard with self-confidence to achieve success.

The 5T Chairman visited Maa Bhagabati Temple, Banapur, and reviewed developmental works undertaken at a cost of ₹33 Cr and developmental works at Maa Ugratara Temple, Khordha at a cost of ₹32 Cr. He reviewed progress of other major projects in Khordha including establishment of 100 Bedded Sub-Divisional Hospital at Begunia, Odisha Paika Academy and Research Centre and development of 5 vending zones with 266 Kiosks at a cost of ₹8.80 Cr in Khordha Municipality.

He also reviewed progress of 3 instream storage projects across river Kuakhai in Pandara, river Daya in Basantapur, and river Kushabhadra in Ramachandrapur village being implemented at a total cost of ₹277 Cr. Shri Pandian then visited Mission Shakti Odisha Café at Banapur where he interacted with the Mission Shakti members and appreciated their efforts in providing hygienic food at affordable rates to customers.  mega piped water supply projects to different blocks and NACs of the district undertaken at a total cost of ₹1782 Cr; development of Nilamadhav Temple, Kantilo underway at a cost of ₹31 Cr; other major temple development projects taken up at a total cost of ₹40 Cr apart from important roads and bridge projects.
