Preparatory meeting was held for the upcoming state-level Republic day

Bhubaneswar:6/1/24 Preparatory meeting was held today under the chairmanship of Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary, Information and Public Relations Department, for the upcoming state-level Republic Day. Shri Singh reviewed the various activities of the department for the ceremony to be held at Mahatma Gandhi Marg.

The meeting emphasized making all arrangements for the convenience of the general public, distinguished guests, and students including live telecast of the ceremony, media management, serving of Ramdhun in the morning, etc. This year, announcements made by various departments will be included in the general public ceremony. Both sides of the Gandhi Marg road from Raj Bhavan will be decorated with national flags
