Bhubaneswar:22/8/23:On a cycle journey across the country with the motto of uniting people to SaveSoil, Shri Mohit Niranjan from Lalitpur, UP received a warm welcome today from Hon’ble Minister Shri Ranendra Pratap Swain & Principal Secretary Dr. Arabinda Kumar Padhee at Krushi Bhavan, Bhubaneswar.
Congratulating Shri Mohit for being committed to the soil, Hon’ble Minister said that his initiative will set an example for others. He stated that entire evolution depends on good health of soil & Odisha Government is also taking steps to ensure soil fertility & sustainability.
Applauding Mohit, Principal Secretary explained that good soil health leads to good plant health & subsequently to good human health. When humanity is healthy, the planet is healthy. He also informed that DA&FE is soon going to start a Soil Health Mission to enrich Odisha’s soil.
