Pradeep Kumar Jena take charge as the new Chief Secretary of Odisha

Bhubaneswar: 1/3/23:Senior IAS Officer Pradeep Kumar Jena will take charge as the new Chief Secretary of Odisha today. Pradeep, a 1989 batch Odisha Cadre IAS Officer, started his career as Dharmagarh Sub-collector and was the Collector of Kendrapada and Cuttack.

Pradeep Jena is currently serving as the Development Commissioner-cum-Additional Chief Secretary (DC-cum-ACS) and Secretary to the Government, Planning and Convergence Department with additional charge of Agriculture Production Commissioner, Odisha; Special Relief Commissioner and MD of the Odisha State Disaster Management Authority (OSDMA). Born in Dhenkanal district, Pradeep has also been the Chief Administrator of Sri Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA).
