Jeypore:2/1/23: Maharani Rama Kumari Devi, the last queen of Jeypore estate in Odisha’s Koraput district, passed away at her Moti Mahal Palace late on Sunday night. The queen was 90. She died due to age-related complications, family sources said. Maharani Rama Kumari Devi is survived by her grandsons. She will be cremated as per royal procedure today. According to reports, Maharani Rama Kumari Devi, the wife of late King Ramakrushna Dev, was the last queen of Jeypore estate. Earlier, her two sons had died. Ramakrushna Dev was the last king of Jeypore.
